Ekoline Façade Tiles from Bogdanka
EKOLINE façade tiles have been offered by ZCB EkoKLINKIER since the beginning of 2011. They supplement the existing EkoKLINKIER offer, i.e. ceramic bricks and façade moulders. EKOLINE tiles are available in continuous sale in the MELANGE collection in the following colours: SIENA (sandy shades), CAFENA (shades of sand and coffee), MORENA (brown and graphite shades, light), JANTAR LIGHT (shades of sand and amber, light), JANTAR DARK (shades of sand and amber, dark), CARAMEL (shades of caramel and amber). It is also possible to order EKOLINE tiles in other colours of the Melange collection: CARBON (brown and graphite shades, dark) TERRNA (amber and volcanic shades), as well as tiles from the Collage collection (partial engobes). The tiles are available in three face textures: smooth, moulded (grooved) and perforated. The size of each tile is 250x13x65 mm. The thickness of 13 mm is connected with the fact that EKOLINE tiles are made by way of cutting off the faces of bricks. Therefore, the tiles pasted on the façade perfectly imitate full-size façade bricks. This effect is intensified by the possibility to use the concave joint. EKOLINE tiles can be used on exterior facades but they are useful also in case of interior designs (e.g.: covering interior walls, pasting a mantelpiece, creating decorative finishes, etc.). Moreover, they perfectly match not only the commonly used plaster but also glass, aluminium, wood or natural stone. The application of such tiles is a lower price alternative for achieving the effect of a wall made of ceramic façade bricks. Additionally, the tiles can be used wherever the usage of façade bricks is impossible (e.g.: in the case of a narrow foundation, to be pasted on lintels, etc.). As any ceramic product, façade tiles are resistant to the influence of the atmospheric factors, and due to their low level of absorption, tiles are durable products, guaranteeing aesthetic appearance for many years. Their maintenance consists in nothing but periodic cleaning with soft brush and water.Production of ZCB EkoKLINKIER, including EKOLINE tiles, is subject to continuous quality control which takes place in compliance with the PN-EN 771-1:2006 standard, and the certificates: ISO 9001 and ISO 14001.
The tiles are offered on the market in wooden boxes containing 50 pieces each. The content of each box is enough for pasting an area of approx. 1 sq. m.
